Message text: Determining path for upgrade tools for request &
The path to the upgrade tools is being calculated from a phase-specific
request. This request is explained in message TQ381. In message TQ382
the request is converted into a group of tool paths.
The following groups exist (the release corresponds to the source
release):
TOOL_GROUP_OLD: 3.x: pretools/preexe, 4.x SYS/exe/run
TOOL_GROUP_ COMP: 3.x pretools/preexe, 4.x tools/exe
TOOL_GROUP_SYS: always SYS/exe/run
TOOL_GROUP_NEW: always tools/exe
The decision whether to use pretools, preexe, tools, or exe depends on
the database release and on the kernel of the target release.
