What causes this issue?

In the upgrade phase PATCH_CHK a requirement was calculated for the
inclusion of packages of certain patch types. No package has yet been
included for at least one patch type. You can find out the type by
analyzing the preceding messages.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If no more packages need to be included, you can ignore this warning.
