  • What causes this issue?

A flow from transaction &V3& in company code &V1& with date &V1& was not
converted. The flow in question is a valuation or flow for hedge
accounting with the status "flagged for posting" or "posting flagged for
    reversal."

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If this is a planned valuation, you must valuate the transaction with
the new valuation function for the specified key date after conversion.
If this is a valuation to be reversed you will need to reverse the
    valuation after conversion.
Flows for hedge accounting belong either to a valuation or a
realization. If they belong to a valuation, the above also applies.
Hedge accounting flows for realizations are dealt with along with the
actual realization following the conversion. A planned realization must
be fixed after conversion. This also generates flows for hedge
    accounting.
