The following inconsistencies occur when assigning position management
procedure &V1& to subledger position &V2&, &V3&:
Position management procedure &V1& is indicated as the position
management procedure of an asset position. However, the subledger
position &V2&, &V3& is a liability position.

System Response

The position management procedure cannot be assigned to the subledger
position.

How to fix this error?

In Customizing, check <DS:SIMG.FTR_BESTFVERFDEF>Defining the position
management procedure</>
If necessary, change <DS:SIMG.FTR_POSMANPROC>Assigning the position
management procedure</> to the subledger positions in Customizing.
If necessary, change the assignment of the position management procedure
to the subledger positions when manually creating the subledger position
indicator.
