  • What causes this issue?

    The CO-PA derivation tool is used for different applications (such as
    determination of account assignment reference) in Treasury and Risk
    Management. Within a client remote copy, the system attempts to read the
    appropriate data in the source system and generate tables and access
    routines in the target system.

    Reading the data in the source system failed for table &V1&. The exact
    error is entered in the log of the remote copy directly before this
    message. It is possible that required tables and access routines were
    not generated.

    How to fix this error?

    You have to manually retransport the tables and access routines in the
    appropriate IMG activity of Treasury and Risk Management (such as
    determination of account assignment reference). To do this, call the
    appropriate IMG activity in the source system and choose "Transport".
