What causes this issue?

The assignment of update types for initialization is not maintained for
product type &v1&.

System Response

This setting can lead to inconsistent positions.

How to fix this error?

You can maintain the missing entries in the IMG activity 'Assign Update
Types for Position Initialization' in the IMG structure 'TR Position
Management - Preliminary Solution'. Instead of making entries for
product type &v1&, you can carry out maintenance without specifying the
product type. These entries are then used for all product types for
which no entries have been made.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
