What causes this issue?

You want to specify an investment in endowment &v1& in pool &v2&. Based
on your system settings, however, you cannot make an investment in this
endowment and pool on the specified key date.

System Response

The system cannot save the endowment pool investment.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

Check the investment data. If the data is correct, you can permit the
endowment investment for this pool under <DS:TRAN.TPM85>Define Pools
Permitted for Endowment.</>
