What causes this issue?

All data records that match as far as the relevant differentiation
values are concerned are processed together as part of the transfer of
legacy data.
For legacy data transfer, the following differentiation terms are
relevant depending on the product group:
Securities: Company code, general valuation class, ID number, security
account, portfolio.
Money Market, Foreign Exchange, OTC Derivatives: Company code, general
valuation class, valuation area, transaction number
Futures: Company code, general valuation class, valuation area, ID
number, futures account, long/short indicator
In this case an error occurred in a different data record which matches
this data record in regard to the relevant differentiation values. The
current data record could not be processed for this reason.

System Response

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Remove the error using the error messages for the data record which
corresponds to the current data record in regard to the relevant
differentiation values.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
