What causes this issue?

The migration program was unable to generate any new account symbols.
New account symbols begin with '$M'. However, account symbols already
exist with this prefix.

System Response

Migration was terminated.

How to fix this error?

Implement the CHANGE_ACCOUNT_SYMBOL_ID of the TPM_MIGRATION_TRAC Add-In
and assign a prefix to it that has not yet been used.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
