What causes this issue?

In the IMG activity <ZK><DS:SIMG.&V4&>Assign Update Types</></>, a
position change category that reduces the position component is
assigned to update type &V2&. However, according to the assigned
posting specifications &V3&, the change in the position is a debit
posting, which increases the position.
