What causes this issue?

An error occurred for at least one position when recording the
impairment.

System Response

An impairment was not recorded for positions which returned errors.
An impairment was recorded for positions which did not return errors.

How to fix this error?

Analyze the errors using the log messages. Remove the errors and carry
out the valuation again.
