What causes this issue?

You want to run a valuation for the position on &V1&. A valuation class
transfer already exists for this date. If you want to perform a
valuation and a valuation class transfer on the same date, you must
first run the valuation, and then carry out the valuation class
transfer.

System Response

The position was not valued.

How to fix this error?

Reverse the valuation class transfer on &V1&. Run the valuation, and
then carry out the valuation class transfer again.
