What causes this issue?

During reversal of the valuation, an error occurred in at least one
position.

System Response

If an error occurs when a position valuation is being reversed, the
reversal is terminated and the valuation for the position remains
intact.

How to fix this error?

Check all messages, correct the error and start the reversal again.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
