What causes this issue?

The profile settings of the hedge realtionship has not defined the
prospective effectiveness test start date.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the customizing settings of the profile define the value of the field
prospective effectiveness test start date.
