To make the missing Customizing settings, navigate to <LS>Financial
Supply Chain Management -> Treasury and Risk Management -> Transaction
Manager -> General Settings -> Hedge Accounting for Positions ->
Settings for Automated Designation of Exposure Items (FX Risk) -> Assign
General Valuation Class to Product Type</>.
