What causes this issue?

Selected effectivenees test method uses Basis Point Shift logic for
market data calculation during prospective test. This logic is allowed
only for selected scenarios namely 150, 710 and 720.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
