How To Fix TPM_THX1240 - Hedged item &1 could not be copied

• Message type: E = Error

• Message class: TPM_THX1 - Treasury: Message Class for P-HA

• Message number: 240

• Message text: Hedged item &1 could not be copied

What causes this issue?

The system could not copy the Hedged Item in the new valuation area
because the differentiation criteria of the new valuation area are
different from the ones of the old valuation area (NB: this can happen
only for Securities)

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please create the Hedged Item manually in the new valuation area
