What causes this issue?
The creation of the PDF file failed. Reason for this can be:
1. The ADOBE PDF server is not working;
2. Insufficient authorizations for the user in the PCSystem Response
The System failed to generate the PDF file.
How to fix this error?
Check if the ADOBE PDF server is running.
Please check the user authorizations in the PC.Procedure for System Administrators
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
