  • What causes this issue?

    The position &V2& that is to be accrued/deferred contains a business
    transaction with fixing date &V1& whose interest rate is not fixed. This
    is earlier than the key date of the accrual/deferral.
    In the case of a linear compound interest calculation, the interest rate
    for all business transactions in the position to be accrued/deferred
    that occurred before the key date needs to have been fixed before
    the accrual/deferral. This includes all business transactions performed
    on the accrual/deferral key date.

    System Response

    The accrual/deferral cannot be performed.

    How to fix this error?

    Fix all interest rates in the position to be accrued/deferred up to the
    key date (inclusive) and then perform the accrual/deferral again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
