    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Anybody who uses the new ABAP Debugger can make his or her own UI
    settings.
    The user settings are then used automatically when the new ABAP Debugger
    is started.
    In this case, the system discovered inconsistencies in the settings for
    user &v1&.

    How to fix this error?

    If you are in the new Debugger, you can restore your settings and then
    overwrite the corrupt user settings by choosing "Save Layout"
    (CTRL+F2).
    If the new Debugger cannot be started, you can use the report
    RSTPDAADMIN to delete your settings. Once you are back in the new
    Debugger, you can save your preferred settings by choosing
    "Save Layout" (CTRL+F2).
