The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Anybody who uses the new ABAP Debugger can make his or her own UITo start the Debuger, the system attempted to use the default settings.
If you are in the new Debugger, you can restore your settings and then
overwrite the corrupt user settings by choosing "Save Layout"
(CTRL+F2).
If the new Debugger cannot be started, you can use the report
RSTPDAADMIN to delete your settings. Once you are back in the new
Debugger, you can save your preferred settings by choosing
"Save Layout" (CTRL+F2).
