    Anybody who uses this application can make his or her own UI settings
    (function "Save Layout" (CTRL+S) in the new Debugger).
    The user settings are then used automatically when the application is
    started.
    In this case, the system did not find any predefined settings for the
    user &v1& and used the default settings instead.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
