What causes this issue?

You wanted to schedule the release of request/task &V1& in the
background. However, job &V2& is already scheduled or active.

System Response

Scheduling is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Wait until job &V2& has been execute. For more information on the job
status, go to the <DS:TRAN.SM37>Job Overview</>.
In some cases, it may be best to delete job &V2& and then reschedule
it.
