Message text: Queue was defined but there is no import authorization
An attempt was made to import a note using a transport-based correction
instruction (TCI). The import queue was defined successfully. The
authorizations required to import the queue, however, are missing.
The import process is paused.
There are two options:
Repeat the import action with the required authorizations (role
SAP_OCS_STD or SAP_OCS_TCI_IMPORT)
Import the defined queue using Support Package Manager (transaction
SPAM).
Then resume the import of the note in Note Assistant (transaction
SNOTE).

- Queue was defined but there is no import authorization ?The SAP error message TN837 indicates that a queue has been defined, but there is no import authorization for that queue. This typically occurs in the context of SAP's transport management system (TMS), where changes or transports are being moved between different systems (e.g., from development to quality assurance or production).
Cause:
The error can arise due to several reasons:

- Ensure that the user is assigned to the correct transport route and that the queue is active.
