What causes this issue?

After installing or upgrading an add-on there are still conflicts with
Support Packages that have already been imported. You must use the
corresponding Conflict Resolution Transports (CRTs) to resolve these
conflicts.

System Response

The Preconfigured System cannot be installed.

How to fix this error?

Use the Support Package Manager (Transaction SPAM) to import the
necessary CRTs.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
