How To Fix TN299 - OCS package &1 is a SPAM/SAINT update

• Message number: 299

• Message text: OCS package &1 is a SPAM/SAINT update

What causes this issue?

SPAM/SAINT-Updates are not going to be imported in a normal OCS Package
queue. Therefore a queue calculation does not make sense for this
package type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to import a SPAM/SAINT Update use the menu function
<LS>Support Package -> Import SPAM/SAINT-Update</> in the Support
Package Manager main screen.
