    Customer language Z (ISO code Z1) is to be installed in the system to
    enable already installed languages to be supplemented.
    Language Z cannot currently be transported for technical reasons.

    How to fix this error?

    The tables TCP0C and TCP09 (codepage management) and the profile
    parameter zcsa/installed_languages must be configured appropriately.
    A similar or identical entry to that for the supplementation language
    must be made in TCP0C for language Z.
    A character set must be defined for the language in TCP09.
    Finally, language Z must be entered in the profile parameter
    zcsa/installed_languages to enable system logon.
