    Reason:
    The language file is an ASCII file, while the current database runs
    under EBCDIC, or vice-versa.

    There are two possible reasons:
    1. There is no code page entry in table TCP0C for the language to
    be imported.
    2. Conversion from source to target code page was unsuccessful.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the entries in table TCP0C.
    There must be an entry in table TCP0C for the language to be imported
    and its platform.
    If table TCP0D does contain an entry, you must search table TCP0C
    with COUNTRY = <contents of TCP0D>, otherwise
    with COUNTRY = blank
    Check whether the TCP0C entry is correct.
