language backup files (status before upgrade).
When the files were checked, the system determined that they are not
the expected backup data files.
The expected files are called TEXT<L>_UP.C or DOCU<L>_UP.C and must be
scheduled with transaction SMLT (special imports).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
