What causes this issue?

The name of the request "&V1&" contains the invalid character "&V2&".
Valid characters are all letters, all digits, and the special
characters " ", "-", "+", "_", ".".
If it is an object list, the namespace can be at the beginning of the
name, enclosed in slashes "/".
