What causes this issue?

The SAP system is not prepared for the adjustment of the lock key table,
since it does not yet recognize the new name lengths of the transport
objects.

System Response

The report for adjusting the lock key table terminated.

How to fix this error?

This report only applies to SAP systems with release &V1& or later, or
for a system with a corresponding upgrade. Check whether your system has
one of these releases. If not, then the termination of the report is
correct, and results from a check of the prerequisites.
If the report terminated in am SAP system with release &V1& or later, or
during a corresponding upgrade, then check the upgrade logs for error
messages.
Remove the error, or contact the Basis Hotline if you cannot do so.
