What causes this issue?

Request &V2& could not be created because the used namespace &V1& does
not have a supplier role in this system.
Positions 13 to 20 in the request name designate the namespace.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a namespace that has a supplier role in this system or choose a
10-character name for your request.
