What causes this issue?

Request &V1& has been protected. This prevents other users creating new
tasks under this request, or merging requests with the request &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To give the request the status <LS>Modifiable</> again, choose
<LS>Request/task</> -> <LS>Request</> -> <LS>Remove protection</> in
the request overview of the Transport Organizer.
