What causes this issue?

The selected change request &V2& cannot be used to record the changes,
since user &V1& does not have an appropriate task in the request.
All requests of user &V1& in the change request &V2&
have the wrong task type (correction/repair)
or have already been released.

System Response

You cannot work in the request &V2&.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
Choose another request, in which you do have an appropriate task.
Create another task under the change request &V2&, if you have the
right authorization.
Let the person responsible for the project create a new task for you in
the change request &V2&.
