What causes this issue?

The <LB>"</> character was entered at the beginning of the field to
indicate a comment.

System Response

The system rejected the entry.

How to fix this error?

First enter an object name and then a comment. To enter a comment line,
place an <LB>"*"</> in the <LS>PgmID</> column.
