What causes this issue?

The selected transport type <ZH>Transport with change authorization</>
(C transport) transfers the originals of objects in the object list
of the request to the target system.
After the successful export of the transport request, the objects can
only be modified in the source system as a repair.

System Response

The system warns of the consequences of incorrectly specified target
systems.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator to get information on the role of the
selected target system for the C transport.
Transferring the originals to a wrongly specified system entails a
considerable amount of subsequent work, if the error has to be
corrected.
