The SAP error message TK012 ("Local request &1 are not transported") typically occurs when there is an issue with transport requests in the SAP system. This message indicates that a local transport request (also known as a workbench request) is not being transported to the target system. Here are the causes, solutions, and related information for this error:

    Causes:

    1. Local Transport Request: The transport request is created in the local system and has not been released or is not intended for transport to another system.
    2. Incorrect Transport Layer: The transport layer may not be correctly configured, preventing the request from being transported.
    3. Missing Authorizations: The user may lack the necessary authorizations to release or transport the request.
    4. Request Status: The transport request may be in a status that does not allow it to be transported (e.g., it is still in the "modification" status).
    5. Transport Directory Issues: There may be issues with the transport directory or the transport management system configuration.

    Solutions:

    1. Release the Transport Request: Ensure that the transport request is released. You can do this by going to the Transport Organizer (transaction SE09 or SE10) and releasing the request.
    2. Check Transport Layer Configuration: Verify that the transport layer is correctly configured in the system. You can check this in transaction SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools).
    3. Verify Authorizations: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to release and transport requests. Check the user's roles and authorizations in transaction PFCG.

    5. Review Transport Directory: Check the transport directory for any issues. You can do this by reviewing the transport logs and ensuring that the transport paths are correctly set up.
    6. Consult Transport Logs: Look at the transport logs for any additional error messages or warnings that may provide more context about the issue.
