What causes this issue?

commodity risk. In this case the hypothetical derivative can only be
created automatically, but in your hegde strategy the automatic creation
of a hypothetical derivative is not set.

The system gives this warning message and will not work correctly.

How to fix this error?

Either correct the customizing entry and set the indicator <LS>Create
Hypo. Derivative Automatically </>or choose a different hedge strategy.
