  • What causes this issue?

    As of Release 3.0, add-on products are imported using a standard
    procedure and recorded in the SAP system. The specified add-on is not
    listed in the SAP system. If you imported software under this name in
    the past, the standard procedure of the add-on delivery was not used,
    but a simple transport imported.

    System Response

    An update cannot be included in the upgrade for the product. This means
    that the software is lost during the repository switch.

    How to fix this error?

    You can manually specify additional, installed software during the
    upgrade. Using an appropriate additional CD from the add-on supplier,
    you can update this product together with the SAP upgrade and also
    record it correctly in the system.
