When calling the transport control program tp with the argument
ddlntabs, several processes can be started in parallel on AS/400. Each
process writes a "Z" in the mode flag (previously F), to prevent
another process editing the same table.
If the subsequent action is successful the entry is deleted. For a
restart of the phase, the mode flag must be reset to "F", so that the
entry can be edited again.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
