For a template to be deleted, all of the task plans created by the
template must also be deleted.
The system checks each task list whether it can be deleted.
If one of the task lists not be deleted, the template cannot be
deleted.
Set the status of all
<DS:NA.TFC0039>task lists</> belonging to the template
to <ZH>Not Released</>.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
