What causes this issue?

An error occured while initializing the rule buffer. It is possible
that the default settings for the analysis ID haven't been maintained.
Another possibility could be a wrong rule category. Only
the rule categories '00' through '04' are supported.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

'00' represents NPV
'01' represents Sensitivity analysis
'02' represents Grid analysis
'03' represents hist. Simulation (full evaluation)
'04' represents hist. Simulation (delta evaluation)
