Access User Maintenance:
- Go to transaction code

Edit User Record:
- Click on the "Change" button to edit the user record.
Navigate to the Defaults Tab:
- Go to the "Defaults" tab in the user master record.
Specify Output Device:
- In the "Output Device" field, enter the name of a valid output device. You can find available output devices by using transaction code
