What causes this issue?

The formatted document was passed to the spool system and a spool
request number (number &V1&) was generated for output device &V2&.
<ZH>Note:</> The choice of printer options can result in the document
being placed in the spool administration but not printed. In this case
if the document is to be printed you must explicitly generate a print
request for the spool request with the help of the spool output
control.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
