What causes this issue?

You have selected a page format &V1& for which there is no identical
formatting type in the spool.

System Response

For the immediate printing of a text with this form, X_PAPER is used as
the default formatting type. The printout is unusable.
If a spool request is generated using this form and printing is
initiated in the spool, an error message is output. Printing is not
possible.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different page format.
If a text with this form and page format &V1& is to be output to a
printer (DEVICE = 'PRINTER'), both an identical formatting type and
this formatting type for the device types being used must be created.
For an output on the screen (DEVICE = 'SCREEN') the warning can be
ignored.
