Form &V1& in language &V2& cannot be edited. The SAP original version
of form &V1& is active. As a customer, you want to revise or translate
a foreign language (language other than the original language). As long
as the SAP original version is active, you cannot translate any foreign
languages which are delivered by SAP.
Editing or translation of a foreign language by a customer is only
permitted if the customer has generated the form and the form is not
being revised.
