same.
It is therefore only possible to maintain the short texts and text
elements. If there are no texts for the language selected or the text
elements were revised, the texts in the original language are made
available for translation.
Forms can only be fully maintained in the original language. The
original language is the language in which a form was created. If you
wish to update the form, you must select the original language for
maintenance.
