You have called the function 'Archiving Database Logs'. As of Release
4.0 this function is no longer available here. As of Release 4.0 the
archiving of database logs is processed via the standard SAP archive
management.

How to fix this error?

Database log archiving is now executed via archive management
(transaction <DS:TRAN.SARA>SARA</>). In the archive management initial
screen enter <zh>BC_DBLOGS</> as an object name. BC_DBLOGS is the
archiving object for database logs.
