What causes this issue?

The current business role cannot support the tag clouds, due to missing
settings.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the business role customizing Web UI tool or go to transaction
CRMC_UI_PROFILE.
Add the function profile PARAMETERS to the business role. The profile
definition value must contain the following parameters to enable the
feature:
,,- TAG_CLOUDS_ALLOWED with value TRUE
,,and (if necessary)
,,- TAG_CLOUDS_COMMUNITY with value TRUE
