What causes this issue?

The check for possible transports showed that there are still open
tasks (repairs and corrections). The objects contained in these tasks
cannot be transported because the tasks have not been released.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check in the Transport Organizer (Transaction SE09), whether you want
to release these tasks.
