What causes this issue?

You tried to create the DDIC object &V1&, but the program has found
differences in existing DDIC elements and cannot do so.
For security reasons, creation is forbidden even for small differences,
e.g. in texts or the original language of an object, because the
program does not have the comprehensive check logic of the transport
tool.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Transport the DDIC object with the transport tools. Use the customizing
transport with which the object was created, or create a 'Transport of
copies' with 'R3TR <ZK>object type</> <ZK>object name</>'.
The object type is DOMA for domains, DETL for data elements, TABL for
tables and VIEW for views.
